For over 10 years here at Seamless Coatings we have been using seamless liquid applied membranes for flat roofs. We have a variety of products that we can choose from that can be applied to any existing substrate to seal and make waterproof. 

 

Is you Butyl rubber membrane lifting or are there cracks on the seams? Waterproofing membranes deteriorate from movement, UV damage or age, seams delaminate and splits occur allowing moisture to enter. With products that can be applied straight over butyl rubber/EPMD systems like Ardex and Butynol, Fibreglass systems like TrafficGuard, Torch-on, EPMD, we can advise on the right products and application for your project.
